Acura New and Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles are covered by an extensive Roadside Assistance program. Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

The Roadside Assistance program covers emergency fuel delivery, battery jump start, emergency lockout assistance, flat tire change (with good spare), and if the vehicle is mechanically disabled, emergency towing to the nearest Acura dealership or qualified repair facility (Emergency towing will be provided for covered component failure anytime during the 7-year/100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty period). Service is on a "sign and drive" basis at no cost to you (up to $100 per disablement).

24-Hour Roadside Service
Should your Acura run out of fuel, need a flat tire changed or require a battery jump, Acura Roadside Assistance will dispatch a unit to deliver fuel, change a flat tire with your inflated spare or arrange a battery jump to allow you to proceed to your destination.

24-Hour Emergency Towing
Acura Roadside Assistance will arrange to transport your vehicle to the nearest Acura Dealership in the event of a mechanical disablement involving your Acura that renders it inoperative.  Your vehicle must be accessible to our dispatched transport unit (as determined by our local facility) to receive this service.
(Please note:  You will be required to pay up front for warranty repairs performed by any facility other than an Acura Dealership. Please submit claims for warranty reimbursement to your Acura Dealer or Acura Client Services.)

Emergency Lockout Service
If your keys are lost, broken or locked in your car, Acura Roadside Assistance will assist you in obtaining a replacement key or unlocking your vehicle.  You are covered up to $100 for emergency lockout services.

Just Sign and Drive - No Cash Outlay
With the Acura Roadside Assistance Sign and Drive Service, in most instances you will require no cash outlay for the services performed. Just sign for the service and Acura Roadside Assistance handles the rest.
