2018 Acura RDX vs. 2018 BMW X3

The BMW X3 was launched in 2003 and is new for 2018. It is available in two versions: the X3 xDrive30i that competes with the RDX, and the more expensive X3 M40i. The X3 xDrive30i is offered in one trim level with various options and packages. Power comes from a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive (xDrive). Front-wheel drive is not offered. While the X3 offers many similar technologies compared with the RDX, most of them are extra-cost items that add significantly to the price of the vehicle.
