I called the dealership, from Connecticut to inquire about availability of a red/orchid 2025 Integra Manual. Was told the car was available, agreed to price and Gave a deposit that day. Over the next two days, I completed paperwork, sent in insurance ID, and was told that the dealership said they had everything they needed from me. I purchased a 2020 Acura MDX from Acura of Springfield on March 26, 2025, under the impression that it was a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. However, I later learned that the certification was not completed until May 1—more than a month after the sale and delivery. This means the car was sold as CPO when it was not officially certified, which is misleading and unacceptable.
I paid a premium for CPO benefits that are supposed to be in place before taking delivery, including the 182-point inspection and extended warranty. I also had to follow up multiple times to get basic items like the ... Read More

Buyer beware. After I agreed on a price they showed me the invoice and about $3000 was ADDED on for certification, despite the fact it was advertised as certified. Bait and switch. Brought in a 2022 Acura MDX A-Spec I just bought recently to this dealership because the speakers stopped working out of the blue. The car has about 31k miles on it and everything was working fine until the speakers stopped working. It turns out that recent MDX models are prone to clogged drains on the roof regardless of how well the car is maintained and even if the owner isn’t negligent in any way with car.

I took my car to the Springfield Acura rout 22 dealership for a black screen on the infotainment system and an oil change. When I went there, they told me they will have to do a diagnostic for $159.00 and let me know what is wrong. After about 3 hours the service rep came and got me and told me that the car was fixed. Have been bringing my ‘19 MDX here for routine. Servicing , brakes etc.. My last service appt was simple- oil change and tire rotation. Get my car and go…all service done. Stop to gas up a few miles away and I notice that the tires were never rotated and the oil filter looks old but wiped clean. I call the service dept immediately but they are closed. I just bought my 3rd car from this place and I will never buy from there again. Carlos the salesman is great but the manager and finance manager are scam artists. Not only did they lie to me about how much they were giving me for my trade in, they also lied to me about how much I was paying for the car. I purchased a certified car 11-7-22 and on the 14th contacted the dealer to let them know that one of the tires was dry rotted and had a bubble on it. Went to the dealer on the 15th and Anthony Bruce told me that the cracked tire was caused by ArmorAll and there was nothing they could do the tire is ok.
Andrei and Felipe both provided me with the best-in-class customer experience when getting my new Acura Integra. Bought RDX for 1,400 below sticker for 60 months at 1.9% Acura financing. When I went into the financing dept. The lady who every she is jacked up the price to sticker price and some how the loan became 72 months. She changed the months to 60 and printed the financing document over. One of the worst sales service I have ever experienced...We scheduled a test drive with one of the sales rep over phone for Saturday afternoon at 1pm at my home. The sales rep confirmed the address , time and place multiple times. However no-one showed up at the designated time. No communication and no messages from him. what a unprofessional bunch of people.. Wasted my time two days in a row! Went in to see a blue tlx aspec, test drove it and everything. Started negotiating and half way through they tell me they sold the car. The manager Anthony told me he would match the price we arranged for on a black tlx aspec. I go in today at 5 and they have me sitting there for more than 2 hours just to come back and tell me to come back tomorrow. Horrible service and management.
I made an appointment to have my tires balance and to purchase another fob since I was told my current one was going. Bought a 2018 Honda Civic Si from sales rep, Mike Davie. I asked specifically if the car runs good and if driver seat is worn or has any cigarette burn marks. I was told the car runs great and it has NO cigarette burns. We have the car shipped to me and surprisingly, the clutch has burn smell and smokes after driving for a short moment. I came with the idea of buying a used car to replace a TL I've had for 12 years and left with a brand new car. My salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Front desk people could have been friendlier but maybe they were having an off day. I'm still getting used to the new car and its features but love it overall.
