As a long term customer, my wife and I continue to be very happy with the sales service in finalizing competitive purchases and leases. Rich Passananti and Jim Luna were professional and helpful in completing our most recent lease. We have now purchased 3 TL's and this is our second MDX lease. Rich has been at the forefront of these transactions and we will continue to secure our vehicles at Springfield Acura as a result of the efforts of Rich and Jim. We also must add that the service department is also a major plus in this operation.

I came to Acura of Springfield and worked with Andres G and the sales manager Jimmy Luna. I cannot say enough great things about their customer service. After working in the automotive industry for seven years I have seen ALOT. This by far was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Andres was extremely attentive, considerate and in tune with making sure I was fully satisfied with the vehicle I chose. I did not feel rushed nor urged to make any one decision. This is a bit different in that we did not complete the transaction, but very satisfied with the end result. Went there to purchase a car for my mother. She liked the used car, but was concerned when the car would not start when we went to check it out again as we were leaving. The battery had died (not unusual for cars not being driven everyday). So she changed her mind. I was the bearer of bad news and spoke with Jimmy the Sales Manager. He obviously was not pleased, but was professional when I explained I was dealing withe psychology of an elderly person. He said he would get back to me about the deposit we placed on the car. To my delight, he said he would refund the full deposit. It could have become an ugly situation, but was dealt with professionally so kudos to Springfield Acura. Samuel Abbey our Sales Rep at Springfield Acura is also a great guy. He was patient, earnest and forthright and would recommend him highly

This service department is wonderful. I purchased a 2018 AWD Pearl White Acura RDX this past January. I purchased it from another dealership in NJ. The other dealership blew off the noise I heard when my automatic transmission shifted at 35-40mph. I approached them with this 3 times this year and they didn't what it was or why it was happening and didn't seem to care. This service department did one road trip and knew what my issue was. I have an appointment for next week to get it fixed. I have had this problem for almost a year. Acura Corporation did a great job referring me to this dealership in Springfield, NJ.
I went to Acura of Springfield on December 29, 2018 in the evening at around 7:30 PM. I was there to see 2019 RDX leasing options with higher annual mileage. Mary Smink was instrumental in closing this deal within an hour. She was real patient and understanding my unique requirements. Her manger put final touches to close the deal. I will definitely recommend my friend and family members to go to Acura of Springfield.
