My experience with Springfield Acura was a mix of extreme disappointment and exceptional customer service. My friend and I initially reached out after finding a vehicle online and were connected with Samantha, the Internet Sales Manager. We specifically confirmed that the vehicle was in stock before making the 1.5-hour drive to the dealership. We were also provided payment estimates and led to believe that everything was in place to finalize a deal upon arrival. Unfortunately, after arriving, we were informed that the vehicle was not actually available. This was incredibly frustrating after spending three hours round-trip traveling based on information that turned out to be inaccurate. As an Internet Sales Manager, having a clear understanding of inventory and providing accurate information to customers is essential. Had we known the vehicle was unavailable, we would have made different plans. That said, what could have been a complete waste of time was saved by one individual: Justin Coombs. I have purchased more than 20 vehicles over the last two years for both personal and business use, and I can honestly say Justin is the best automotive sales professional I have ever worked with. From the moment he stepped in, he was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on finding a solution rather than simply making a sale. Since the original vehicle was unavailable, Justin took the time to understand our needs, budget, and priorities. He carefully reviewed every available option and never once pressured us. Instead, he focused on creating a great customer experience and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the process. His communication, professionalism, and dedication were truly outstanding. My interaction with the finance department, however, was far less positive. The finance manager, Marquees, appeared overwhelmed and did not provide the level of customer service I would expect during such an important stage of the buying process.
